A multi-layer elastomer branch is arranged as a bent multi-layer shell that includes inner wear-resistant layer and outer protective layer connected to each other, those are made of rubber, intermediate layer placed between those, this is arranged as cross and long layers of braids arranged in cross-like way, the outer armoring layer and end connection elements for connection to neighboring tubes or pipeline fittings, those include circular frames surrounded with intermediate layer by whole surface. The outer protective layer covers the outer surfaces of the bent shell and the circular frames of the end connection elements and is connected to the inner wear-resistant layer at joint of those. The outer armoring layer surrounds the outer protective layer and comprises several power bandages placed along the axis 0-0 of the bent multi-layer shell with gap t between the neighboring power bandages. The circular frames of the end connection elements additionally include cell blocking bandages, those are placed in the outer protective layer and are connected to the circular frames of the end connection elements by means of long rods placed in the outer protective layer at its perimeter. |
