The method for predicting the long-term repeated ulcerous bleeding provides for the analysis of discriminant variables. The following parameters are assessed: the size of ulcer (less or more than ), the age of the patient (below or above 60 years), the class of antihelicobacter drug (monotherapy or other). The size of ulcer is more than and the age of the patient is above 60 years correlate directly with long-term repeated ulcerous bleeding. The class of antihelicobacter drug correlated inversely with long-term repeated ulcerous bleeding. The mode of the previous treatment is assessed (operative or conservative). The operative treatment reduces the risk of the long-term repeated ulcerous bleeding 11.36-fold.
