A 3D space recognizing sensor comprises a reflecting mirror(121) which diversifies rotation and gradient, and reflects the incident light, a cylindrical rotary motor(125) which rotates the back mirror through the back mirror support stand(123) connected to both sides of the diameter of the back mirror, gradient controllers(127,131,137,139) which diversifies the gradient of the reflecting mirror and performs rotation, and a main body(110) which emits the light through the reflection of the reflecting mirror and receives the incident light that has been returned through the reflection of the reflecting mirror.
