Disclosed is a canal size measuring device. The canal size measuring device according to the present invention comprises: an apical end which is comprised to longitudinal direction, and used to measure a canal size before filling a root canal filling material while treating the root canal of teeth, wherein the end part of the apical end is inserted to an end part of the root canal; a length checking part which is formed in the upper side of the apical end and has gradations along with the longitudinal direction in order to check the inserting length of the apical end; a grip part which is extended from the length checking part or formed to grip in the same range. At least one part contacting the inner wall of the end part of the root canal among the apical end comprises a material capable of elastic deforming; has a frictional force generated with the inner wall of the end part of the root canal; is capable of repeatedly inserting in the end part of the root canal. According to the present invention, checking the size by directly inserting the filling material to root canal is not necessary by selecting a size of the filling material, after measuring the diameter of the filling material which is needed beforehand thereby preventing a waste of material and tiredness of an operator.
