PURPOSE: A hydrogen purging device having water discharge function is provided to have a simple structure by integrating a purging valve and water discharge valve into one valve, thereby improving humidifying efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen purging device having water discharge function comprises a water trap(120) which is connected to the outlet of an anode of a stack(110) and is formed to store water condensed in an anode(18); an exhaust pipe(130) which is separated from the floor of the water trap, and is connected to the water trap; a purge valve(150) which is connected to the exhaust pipe; and a water inlet(140) of which hone end is connected to the lower part of the water trap and the other end is connected to the exhaust pipe.
