The invention relates to medicine, namely to the obstetrics and can be used pregravidary and during the first trimester for predicting the complications of the pregnancy being of high risk for mother and fetus taking into account the polymorphism of the genes involved in biotransformation, detoxification phases 1 and 2, folate metabolism, thrombophilia and genes coding for interleukins, estrogen receptors, β-adrenoreceptors, and immunity factors. The products of the genes stated above may affect both gametogenesis and the processes of fertilization, implantation, placentation, and embryogenesis. |
