An input device for both keypad and touch pad comprises: a key module to which fonts are assigned; and a touch panel which includes a metal coating layer pattern that senses signal input by touch, including a key signal by button input or a touch signal by a finger of a user in the key module, and a wiring electrode pattern connected to an edge region of the metal coating layer pattern to indicate a bus electrode. The metal coating layer pattern is formed in a metal mesh structure of a fine pattern, and the metal coating layer pattern and the wiring electrode pattern are composed of one metal coating layer.
