The present invention relates to an oxidation catalyst for removing organic chloride compounds, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fluid reactor using the same, and produces an oxidation catalyst in which 1-90 wt% of a cobalt precursor based on total weight of the oxidation catalyst is supported on a zeolite support and whereby a poisoning phenomenon does not occur and performance of the oxidation catalyst is not reduced when organic chloride compounds are removed for a long time.
