The present invention relates to a device for circle-welding a nozzle to a shell having a fixing chuck capable of being fixed on the rotary center of a nozzle with a simple configuration in spite of long-time use, being easily applied to the nozzle with a small diameter, and being conveniently used by anyone. The present invention comprises: the fixing chuck inserted and fixed inside the nozzle; a coupler detachably coupled to the top of the fixing chuck; a rotary frame installed on the top of the coupler to be rotated; a lateral adjusting member installed in one side of the rotary frame to be laterally slid; a vertical adjusting member installed in one side of the lateral adjusting member to be vertically slid; and a welding torch installed on the bottom of the vertical adjusting member to circularly weld one end of the nozzle to a shell according to the rotation of the rotary frame. The fixing chuck comprises: a fixed connection member formed into the shape of a vertically opened cylinder so that the coupler can be inserted and coupled; a cylindrical fixing bar having the upper part coupled to the fixed connection member to be attached and detached while being inserted from the lower part of the fixed connection member and the lower part inserted through the internal space of the nozzle to protrude from the other end of the nozzle; a circular fixing plate coupled to the bottom of the fixing bar and fixed on a flange of the nozzle through multiple flange holes vertically penetrated on the flange by bolts.
