The present invention relates to an apparatus for bending a magnesium alloy board which is capable of bending a place to be bent by locally heating the place to be bent in order to bend a specific location of a magnesium alloy board. The present invention relates to an apparatus for bending and processing a magnesium alloy board comprising: a heating blade having a cutting edge blade part in one end, and a mounting hole for installing a structure for generating heat in an inside of the rear of the cutting edge blade part; and a heater installed in an inside of the heating blade having a structure for generating heat for heating the cutting edge blade part of the heating blade.
