The present invention relates to an anti-cancer pap composition containing germinated glutinous brown rice and a method for making the same, wherein the anti-cancer pap composition is capable of stimulating appetite of patients, the elderly and the infirm, and the like, who are suffering from loss of appetite, stimulating the palate through excellent taste and various colors, and preventing cancers and enhancing the anti-cancer effects through intake, through germinated glutinous brown rice and materials containing abundant nutrition and having anticancer effects. According to the present invention, gamma oryzanol contained in the germinated glutinous brown rice serves to activate natural killer (NK) cells, thereby having an anticancer action. Further, phytic acid contained in the embryo has a very potent action of discharging heavy metals accumulated in the body together with an anticancer action. Further, beta-sitosterol contained in the germinated glutinous brown rice has a cancer inhibiting action, and niacin contained in the germinated glutinous brown rice has an anticancer action. Also, the germination of the brown rice leads to the secretion of arabinoxylan, which is a potent anticancer material.
