According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for distributing reserve fund of an advertiser includes the steps of: (a) deducting reserve points corresponding to a specific action of a user from an account of the advertiser, if the specific action of the user set by the advertiser occurs; (b) paying reserve points corresponding to a constant ratio of the deducted reserve points to an account of a first medium; (c) paying reserve points corresponding to consumed points to an account of a second medium, in case that the points paid to the account of the user from the first medium due to the specific action are consumed in the second medium; and (d) accumulating residual reserve points, which are obtained by subtracting the reserve points paid to the account of the first medium and the account of the second medium from the deducted reserve points, to an account of a business owner who provides a reserve payment service.
