To perform a high accuracy test for automatically determining whether eyes are IOL eyes or not by using the bright defect images of a cornea, an ophthalmologic apparatus includes a light beam projection part projecting a light beam to the cornea of the eyes; a light receiving part obtaining the bright defect images of a cornea from the cornea of the eyes including an image pickup device receiving a reflection light beam obtained from the reflection of the light beam projected by the light beam projection part; and an IOL eye determination part determining whether the eyes are the IOL eyes based on the bright defect images of a cornea received from the light receiving part.
