PURPOSE: A device for providing a target advertisement mapped to an object of a virtual space and a method thereof are provided to display the target advertisement, which is optimized to a user, in the object of the virtual space, thereby enabling the user to view the object together in a process of viewing the target advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An object generation unit (110) generates an object of a virtual space based on a set of object information of the real world. An advertisement selection unit (120) selects a target advertisement optimized to a user by using a set of information related to the user. An advertisement display unit (130) maps and displays the target advertisement to the object of the virtual space.
