摘要 PURPOSE: A method of inducing a neuroepithelial cell and a neural stem cell from a somatic cell through a direct dedifferentiation is provided to make a gene manipulation unnecessary through an establishment of induction technique to a neural stem cell by a treatment of low molecular material and to reduce an incubation time by not passing through a dedifferentiation stem cell. CONSTITUTION: A method of inducing a neuroepithelial cell and a neural stem cell from a somatic cell through a direct dedifferentiation includes a step of inducing a somatic cell to a neuroepithelial cell by cultivating somatic cells with addition of purmorphamine, TGF-βtype I receptor inhibitor, and histon deacetylase inhibitor to a culture medium. A selective inhibitor of Rho-associated kinase of ROCK is more included in a culture medium. A culture medium comprises DMEM/F12, N2 supplement, B27 (serum supplement), bFGF (basic fibroblast growth factor), and EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor).
