PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor with a simple structure, capable of engaging a case with a lid more firmly than a conventional one.SOLUTION: A reactor 1 has: an assembly 10 of a coil and a magnetic core; a case 6; a sealing resin 5; and a lid 9. The coil 2 is formed by winding a winding wire. The magnetic core 3 is passing through an inside of the coil 2. The case 6 houses the assembly 10 of the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3. The sealing resin 5 fills in an inside of the case 6, and covers the assembly 10. The lid 9 covers at least of part of an opening of the case 6. The lid 9 provided on the reactor 1, has an anchor part 9C arranged on an inner face of the lid and embedded in the sealing resin 5.
