Disclosed is a pumping mechanism, comprising a pumping cylinder (1), a swinging cylinder (2), a first reversing valve (3), a second reversing valve (4), a main pump (5) and a swinging pump (6), wherein the main pump (5) is used for driving the pumping cylinder (1) and for controlling the movement direction of the pumping cylinder (1) via the first reversing valve (3), and the swinging pump (6) is used for driving the swinging cylinder (2) and for controlling the movement direction of the swinging pump (2) via the second reversing valve (4); and wherein the pumping mechanism further comprises a controller (7), the controller (7) being used for sending reversing signals to the first reversing valve (3) and the second reversing valve (4) according to movement strokes of a piston rod of the pumping cylinder (1) and/or a piston rod of the swinging cylinder (2), and/or for sending a displacement changing signal to the main pump (5). Disclosed are concrete pumping equipment having the pumping mechanism and a corresponding pumping mechanism control method. The pumping mechanism has the advantages of convenient operation and relatively high working efficiency.
