PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tread rubber composition for high-performance tires which can be improved in grip performance, thermal sagging performance, abrasion resistance, and blowout resistance in good balance, and a high-performance tire using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: A tread rubber composition for high-performance tires includes at least one selected from the group consisting of natural rubber and diene-based synthetic rubber, carbon black, and an amphoteric compound having acidic and basic functional groups. |
