PURPOSE: An operation time measurement tester of an electric car time limit relay is provided to increase the reliability and stability of an electric car. CONSTITUTION: A power source unit(210) supplies power. A testing unit (220) supplies power applied from the power source to a time limit relay. A control unit (250) controls the operation of the time limit relay by applying power from the power source unit to the testing unit. A display unit (240) displays a testing result value of the time limit relay.
