PURPOSE: A water draining system in a waste treating facility is provided to recycle water used for a granulator and devices and used as coolant by cooling the used water in an industrial cooling column and collecting the cooled water into a coolant storing bath. CONSTITUTION: A water draining system in a waste treating facility includes a coolant storing bath(10), a plant water storing bath(20), a domestic water storing bath(30). Used water for a granulator(11) and various devices is introduced into an industrial cooling column(12) and is cooled. The cooled water is collected in the coolant storing bath and is recycled. Water stored in a operational water storing bath is supplied to a water softener(118) and is softened. The softened water is introduced into a boiler(110) and is introduced into a final sewage treating plant(40). Remaining water is used as cleaning water or is used for other purposes. |
