The present invention is related to a iontophoresis device using smart phone which comprises: a smart mobile device connected to a wire and radio communications network by having a power supply unit and a controlling unit; a iontophoresis mask or patch which is fixed by being attached on a skin by having a hydrogel layer including a drug or cosmetic; a connector operates the iontophoresis mask or the patch through the controlling unit and the power supply unit by connecting the smart mobile device and the iontophoresis mask or the patch. The iontophoresis device of the present invention has an effect if simply implementing the iontophoresis device which is inexpensive and effective by using the smart phone device and purchasing the connector and mask or patch and application which are cheap not by using a existing special rectifier unit and a programming device and by using smart mobile device such as smart phone which is universally used, through an application which is installed by downloading through the wire and radio communications network thereby comprising to properly control the applying time and intensity of the micro current supplied to the mask and patch passing the connector which is connected to the mask or the patch.
