PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sheet for license plate and a laminated body for license plate and a license plate using the sheet for license plate which are excellent in weatherability and can be used for manufacturing a license plate having marking and/or retroreflective base material applicable to an ordinary ALPR (automatic license plate recognition) system, or a decorative member for license plate having marking and/or retroreflective base material, and a decorative member for license plate.SOLUTION: Provided is a sheet for license plate having cesium tungsten oxide and a base material. The sheet may have an infrared absorptive marking layer containing the cesium tungsten oxide. Further, in the case of using a retroreflective base material as a base material, the retroreflective base material may have an infrared absorptive layer containing the cesium tungsten oxide on or in the base material.
