摘要 PURPOSE: A device for grinding glass by using high frequency is provided to grind glass substrate and to remove burrs as the inner part of the glass substrate is cooled by a cooling device and the metal in which a melting point is high. CONSTITUTION: A device for grinding glass by using high frequency comprises a non-heating metal (110), a heating coil (130), a lower jig (210), and a top jig (230). A grinding hole (111) is perforated in the center of the non-heating metal. The heating coil is installed to surround the outer side of the non-heating metal. The high frequency alternating current generating the heat at the non-heating metal by inducing high frequency flows in the heating coil. The lower jig is installed on the top end of a lower plate (W1) and supports glass substrate (P). The lower jig is formed to move upwards and downwards by an ascending/descending device (220). The top jig is installed to be hung on a top plate (W2). The top jig fixes the glass substrate by being attached to the top of the glass substrate loaded to the lower jig.
