The present invention relates to a foldable long chair for a church service and, more specifically, to a foldable long chair for a church service which improves the degree of the freedom of seat arrangement and the efficiency of using aisles by successively installing single chairs in which a seat portion is folded toward the back. The foldable long chair for a church service includes a pair of posts fixed to the floor; a polygonal horizontal supporting bar which is installed at the predetermined height from the floor via the posts; at least one back portion coupled by a bot and a nut while being fitted into the horizontal supporting bar at fixed intervals via fixing brackets formed on both lower sides; and at least one movable seat which is hinge-joined to the fixing brackets of the back portion and folded to provide a space where a person can sit and formed on each of the back portions. The fixing bracket includes a body unit fitted into the top of the horizontal supporting bar; bolt holes formed on each of the front and rear surfaces of the body for coupling the horizontal supporting bar with a bolt; a protruding piece protruding from the front surface of the body unit toward the front side; a hinge piece joined to the end of the protruding piece for hinge-joining the movable seat; a cut hole formed on the upper edge of the rear surface of the body unit to decrease the bending strength of the rear surface of the body unit; and a first protrusion which is protruding from the front surface of the body unit and which prevents the movement of the movable sheet toward the front side by supporting the rear upperpart of the spread movable seat. |
