A micromist sauna device comprises: a circulating air supply device (11), a heating device (12), and a humidifier (20). The lower part of the humidifier (20) is provided with a water storage portion (21) for storing water, and the upper part is provided with a humidification portion (22) for sucking up the water in the water storage portion (21) and spraying mist; the downstream side of the humidifier (20) is provided with a second air outlet (200) for outputting humidified and heated air to a room; indoor air forms an airflow path in which air from the circulating air supply device (11) flows through the heating device (12) from up to down, and then is guided from down to up to an air path of a first air outlet (100) arranged on the upper part of the humidifier (20), and finally is output to the room from the second air outlet (200); and the top side of the air path from the humidifier (20) to the second air outlet (200) is provided with multiple ribs (220). The device can expel microfine water droplets as possible and recycle large water droplets; and heat obtained by using the heating device can be recycled, so that the heat loss is reduced and the efficiency is improved.
