PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent received luminance amplitude from lowering due to a modulation transfer function of an optical system.SOLUTION: A shape measuring device 10 comprises projection means (a light source 12, input signal adjustment means 14 and lattice fringe creation means 23) for projecting a lattice fringe image having a prescribed space period and prescribed projection luminance amplitude on a measured surface 22. When projecting the lattice fringe image having a first space period and first projection luminance amplitude and also projecting the lattice fringe image having a second space period and second projection luminance amplitude, if the first space period is shorter than the second space period, the first projection luminance amplitude is set so as to be larger than the second projection luminance amplitude. |
