Provided by the present invention is a vehicle maintenance intermediary service providing method including the following steps of: receiving a vehicle maintenance intermediary service request from a service search terminal; transmitting a questionnaire check list including at least one step to the service search terminal in order to make a database about the personal information of a searcher and status information of a vehicle; storing the personal information of the searcher and the status information of the vehicle which are inputted through the user interface of the service search terminal based on the questionnaire check list; displaying the vehicle status information on a vehicle maintenance intermediary portal site which is provided by a vehicle maintenance intermediary service providing server; displaying an estimate sheet based on the vehicle status information on the intermediary portal site by receiving the estimate sheet from at least one service search providing terminal in order to provide a vehicle maintenance service which corresponds to the vehicle status information; and receiving data of selecting any one service search providing terminal of at least one service search providing terminal from the service search terminal and intermediating the selected service search providing terminal and the service search terminal. At this moment, the vehicle maintenance intermediary service providing server charges a fee corresponding to an estimated amount which is written in the estimate sheet on at least one service search providing terminal.
