PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of making a size when not in use as a size of a mask body part.SOLUTION: A mask 10 includes a mask body part 100, and a head band part 200. The head band part 200 includes a right part 221, a left part 231, a head contact part 241, right connection parts 222-225 connecting the right part 221 and the right end part of the head contact part 241, and left connection parts 232-235 connecting the left part 231 and the left end part of the head contact part 241, each formed by cutting one sheet along cutting lines 211-218. The right part 221 of the head band part 200 is joined to the right side of the mask body part 100 in a state of being superposed on the mask body part 100, by a right joint line 131 along a right side edge 103 of the mask body part 100, and the left part 231 thereof is joined to the left side of the mask body part 100 by a left joint line 132 along a left side edge 104 of the mask body part 100. |
