RIP ACQUISITION METHOD AND DEVICE

The present invention is applied to the field of communications, and provided are a method and device for acquiring related data of MDT. The method comprises: acquiring the timestamp of a power headroom report (PHR) and the location of a PRB to which the PHR is subordinate; and according to the timestamp of the PHR and the location of the PRB to which the PHR is subordinate, determining a received interference power (RIP). The device comprises an acquisition unit and a determination unit. The technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention can be applied to acquire, according to a PHR, an RIP corresponding thereto and more accurately detect the network coverage quality and system performance, thereby reducing the network maintenance costs.
