PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel applicable to supercritical carbon dioxide, having high design flexibility, while achieving visualization of the microchannel, and further excellent in impact resistance, and to provide a microchannel device.SOLUTION: A microchannel device 100 is constituted of a tube-like microchannel 3 having a channel extended in the longitudinal axial direction, capable of transferring airtightly supercritical carbon dioxide, a supercritical carbon dioxide supply part 1 for supplying supercritical carbon dioxide into the microchannel 3, and a liquid phase supply part 2 for supplying a liquid phase-based fluid into the microchannel 3. The microchannel is formed of a transparent and flexible resin molding. |
