PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact capable of maintaining a function of a spring part even if relatively-high current is applied, and provide an inspecting tool with the contact.SOLUTION: A contact 50 of the inspecting tool 10 comprises: a columnar part 52; and a cylindrical part 54 that is arranged in the form of surrounding the columnar part 52. The columnar part 52 has: a tip part 52f projecting from the cylindrical part 54; and a rear end part 52r. The cylindrical part 54 has a spring part 54s, and expansion/contraction of the spring part 54s changes a dimension between the tip part 52f of the columnar part 52 and the rear end part of the cylindrical part 54. The cylindrical part 54 is formed of a nickel (Ni)-phosphorous (P) alloy. |
