PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing device capable of effectively suppressing or preventing deformation of a flexible substrate due to external force and damage of wiring caused by accompanying vibration.SOLUTION: In a radiation image photographing device, a radiation imager detector 14 includes a radiation detection panel 142, a support substrate 180, a signal processing substrate 144 and a flexible substrate 182, which are housed in a housing 140. In a low region 184B in arrangement density of wiring 182L3 of the flexible substrate 182, a fixing material 187A is provided which is connected to one of the support member 180 and the housing 140. |
