An electric storage apparatus disclosed in the description of the present invention is a laminated electric storage apparatus. The electric storage apparatus is provided with a separator section that insulates a first electrode and a second electrode from each other. The electric storage apparatus is also provided with: a first conduction path extending from a first electrode terminal to the first electrode; a second conduction path extending from a second electrode terminal to the second electrode; and a current interrupting apparatus, which is disposed between the second electrode terminal and the second electrode, said current interrupting apparatus being in a case, and which interrupts the second conduction path. The separator section has: a first flat portion covering one flat portion of the first electrode; a second flat portion covering the other flat portion of the first electrode; and a connecting portion connected to both the first flat portion and the second flat portion. The connecting portion is disposed between the current interrupting apparatus, and a first electrode end portion on the current interrupting apparatus side.
