<p>The shaft cover comprises a support structure (1), which has multiple rib elements (2), a comb element (3) and a longitudinal element (4). The support structure is made of stainless steel according to German institute for standardization European standard 10088-1. The rib elements are engaged through the comb element and are spaced apart by the comb element. The longitudinal element is connected with the rib elements. The rib elements are formed flat and are aligned, such that they run parallel to a main loading direction (F) acting on the support structure. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a shaft cover.</p> |
