The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing weak-acidic hypochlorous acid water, comprising an electrolyzer (10) including a rectangular-frame spacer (18) for constituting an electrolysis space (16) inside, a pair of electrodes (14, 14') arranged at both sides of the spacer (18) to constitute the electrolysis space (16) together with the spacer (18), and a pair of external casings (24, 24') connected to the outer surfaces of the electrodes (14, 14') to constitute cooling spaces (26, 26') inside together with the outer surfaces of the electrodes (14, 14'); and a stirrer (12) in the shape of an airtight container (40) which is placed at the downstream side of the electrolyzer (10), includes an inlet (36) for introducing electrolysis material and distilled water and an outlet (38) for discharging weak-acidic hypochlorous acid water, and has a plurality of perforated stirring plates (42) installed inside to be spaced apart and to be perpendicular to the flow direction of the distilled water and the electrolysis material. |
