The present invention relates to a joint repairing device for a concrete pavement road and an airstrip and a joint repairing method for a concrete pavement road and an airstrip by using the same. The present invention prevents malfunction of equipment by removing and cutting a sealing material in a join of the concrete pavement road while rotating a cutting blade member in the same direction to a driving direction of a main body and by reducing loads applied to a cutting blade when cutting the sealing material. The present invention also can smoothly remove the sealing material and generate a small amount of dust.
