The present invention relates to a non-polarizable electrode for performing an induced polarization survey to search sulfide minerals and more specifically, to a non-polarizable electrode for an induced polarization survey capable of reducing electrode polarization phenomenon caused on the contact surface between the surface of the earth and an electrode when a metal substance is used as a potential electrode in an induced polarization survey. The non-polarizable electrode comprises: a case of which the top and bottom are opened; an insulation packing inserted in the case and exposed to the upper opened surface; a current inducting rod inserted inside the insulation packing; a filling material charged inside the case.
