摘要 The present invention relates to a method for evaluating toxicity of nanoparticles, and more particularly, to a method for evaluating toxicity of nanoparticles comprising the steps of: obtaining a sample of tissues or cells of a mammal exposed to nanoparticles; irradiating at least one selected from a group consisting of a glutamic acid content, a pyruvate content, whether mitochondria within a cell is damages or not, a reactive oxygen species (ROS) content and an ATP content within the sample; comparing with a control group. The method for evaluating toxicity of nanoparticles according to the present invention analyzes factors having high a correlation with the toxicity of nanoparticles. By using this, it is possible to more precisely detect the toxicity of nanoparticles with excellent detection sensitivity, and through this, it can be effectively used in monitoring or evaluating harmfulness of the toxicity of nanoparticles, as well as effectively used as a tool for examining various diseases, the effects on health or the like when exposed to nanoparticles.
