A fastened structure 90 comprises a first member 20 provided with a female screw 23, a second member 30 provided with an opening 31 and a male screw 10 fastening the first member 20 and the second member 30 with each other. The male screw 10 includes a male screw portion 12 and a head portion 11 having a bearing surface 11b. The male screw portion 12 is threaded in the female screw 23 through the opening of the second member 30. The second member 30 is provided with a substantially circular folded portion 41 including a curved surface defining the opening 31 and includes a free end having an edge 41c pressed against the bearing surface 11b of the male screw 10. Alternatively the edge 41c may bite into the bearing surface 11b of the male screw 10. |
