The present invention relates to a lumbar support for supporting the lumbar in the human body which is capable of straightening a stooped lumbar and naturally realigning the lumbar spine as the lumbar spine tightly adheres by spine grooves, and smoothening the blood circulation of the lumbar spine by magnets mounted on the spine grooves. The lumbar support (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention, for supporting the lumbar in the human body, comprises: a main body (110) which meets the lumbar and of which the upper surface is curved; the spine grooves (112) formed along the width direction in the center of the main body (110); and a number of blood circulation promoting means arranged in the spine grooves (112) at regular intervals. |
