The present invention relates to a device and a method for receiving a communication service with a desired number through selection of an operating system without operation of a predetermined key by providing a multiple number service using a mobile virtualization technology. For the purpose, a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention allocates a different representative number by selecting a main number or at least one among sub numbers whenever an operating system is installed through mobile virtualization, allocates the main number as a virtual number in case that the allocated representative number is a sub number, and performs communication with a mobile communication service providing device by virtualizing the representative number allocated to a selected operating system using the main number when the allocated representative number to the selected operating system is a sub number.
