PURPOSE: A degreasing sintering furnace is provided to prevent a pest phenomenon of an MoSi2 heating element formed on a sintering part by dividing the sintering part and degreasing part. CONSTITUTION: A degreasing sintering furnace(100) comprises a degreasing part(110), a sintering part(120), and an intermediate layer(130). The degreasing part defats a molded object. The sintering part is connected to the degreasing part and makes the molded object transferred from the degreasing part into a sinter. The intermediate layer is installed between the degreasing part and the sintering part. The degreasing part and the sintering part use a different heating source. Either micro wave generator, metal heater, or MoSi2 heating element is installed on the degreasing part. The metal heater is made of Ni-Cr or tSiC heating element. The MoSi2 heating element is installed on the sintered part. The intermediate layer closes or opens an interval between the degreasing part and the sintering part. |
