PURPOSE: An inspection method of a harness assembly cable and a device thereof are provided to deduct many malfunction and to prevent losses of the present and the future caused by the malfunction by amplifying a fault signal detected by the vibration and improving an identification property. CONSTITUTION: A pulse signal input unit (10) for inspection individually connects connector pins (111a,121a) for measurement of a contact malfunction inspector (T) to terminal sockets (101) of both sides of a harness cable (105) and inputs a pulse signal for the inspection with a digital to analog converter (DAC) on one side of the connector pin for the measurement. A malfunction measuring unit (20) receives a signal passing through the harness cable on the other side through an analog to digital converter (ADC) and determines abnormality by comparing and analyzing two signals. A vibration generation unit (40) generates proper mechanical vibration artificially deducting latent malfunction of the terminal socket (101) which is an object for the inspection in the pulse signal input unit for the inspection. A waveforms change amplifying unit (420) amplifies waveforms of noise from the outside in order to be easily observed such as an overshoot when the change of the waveforms such as the noise is generated in the malfunction measuring unit for the inspection due to the malfunction of a terminal socket in a signal measured in a measuring step. |
