PURPOSE: A vehicle power supply system, apparatus for the same, and a method thereof are provided to determine charging priorities among users based on the stay time of each user in a certain area, thereby reducing the unnecessary waiting time for charging and to differentiate power rates depending on the purchase history of each user, thereby enabling users to buy power at a low price or to sell power at a high price. CONSTITUTION: Vehicle power supply apparatus receives the stay time data of each user (S101) and determines the vehicle charging priorities based on the received data (S102).
