PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost based on reduction in the number of components and reduction in man-hour for assembly and to make a rotary solenoid small-sized and compact as a whole.SOLUTION: The rotary solenoid comprises: a shaft 3 which is supported in a freely rotatable manner by bearing portions 2s... provided in a casing 2; a movable body part 4 including a magnet portion 4m which is rotatable by fixing one end side 4c to the shaft 3 and making another end side 4s into free end; and a field magnet part 6 which is fixed to the casing 2 and capable of attracting or repulsing the movable body part 4 by being controlled in power feeding. In particular, in the movable body part 4, the shaft 3 is disposed at a position P1 corresponding to one corner in a triangle, and the magnet portion 4m is disposed so as to generate an S pole and an N pole at positions P2 and P3 corresponding to remaining two corners, respectively. The field magnet part 6 includes a single coil 6c which is disposed while opposing one end face 6s in a coil axial direction Fc to the magnet portion 4m. Further, the rotary solenoid comprises a movable body regulation part 7 which regulates a range for the movable body part 4 to be rotated within a predetermined range Zr. |
