PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid such as rain water or dust from entering the inside of a case of a pantograph unhooking device, by the stretching/shrinking of a stretchable dust-prevention/waterproof cover attached to a pull rod to lower an internal pneumatic pressure.SOLUTION: A moving core 15 penetrated with a rod configured such that one side is a push rod 17 and the other side is a pull rod 21 is housed in the inside of a case 13. A tip end of the push rod 17 and the case 13 are covered by a first stretchable dust-prevention/waterproof cover 18, and a tip end of the pull rod 21 and the case 13 are covered by a second stretchable dust-prevention/waterproof cover 27. When holding a pantograph in a folded state by a biasing force of a return spring 23 for biasing the rod, or unlocking the pantograph to make it return to an overhead contact state against the biasing force of the return spring 23 by driving the moving core 15, one of the first stretchable dust-prevention/waterproof cover 18 and the second stretchable dust-prevention/waterproof cover 27 is swollen, and the other one is shrunk, thereby reducing the internal pressure variation of the case 13. |
