PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affinity support body capable of capturing even any molecule other than an antibody by cooperative connection in which its dissociation is hardly caused and a capturing method using the affinity support body.SOLUTION: A method of capturing a substance includes a step of bringing an object to be captured into contact with an affinity support body containing a support body, a spacer connected to the support body and an affinity substance connected to the spacer to connect the affinity substance to the substance to be captured, in which a plurality of affinity sites exist in one object to be captured, and the affinity substance is simultaneously connected to at least two sites of the affinity sites. |
