PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compost fermentation apparatus which easily controls air, ferments a large amount of compost, and efficiently converts water into hot water by using heat generated from the compost.SOLUTION: A fermentation tank 2 is equipped with: an outer peripheral wall having a predetermined height; a roof material 8 arranged on the outer peripheral wall; and a first sheet material 10 attached so as to be suspended from the outer periphery of the roof material 8, and is constituted such that a first crane is arranged to allow the roof material 8 to make lifting/lowering movement, and contact and separation between the first sheet material 10 to the outer peripheral wall can be adjusted. |
