PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game environment which allows a game to be played in accordance with a user's communication environment without making the user feel troublesome.SOLUTION: A terminal device 100 comprise: a detection part 103 for detecting a user's operation; an execution part 150 for executing a plurality of application (AP) processing using server information on the basis of the detected operation; a display part DS for displaying AP processing information about whether or not the plurality of AP processing are executable; a reception part 101 for receiving the server information; an acquisition part 104 for regularly acquiring communication status information; a determination part 105 for determining on the basis of the acquired communication status information whether or not the server information can be received; and a display control part 107 which changes AP processing information showing that the AP processing are inexecutable when it is determined that the AP processing information to be displayed are inexecutable, and again changes the AP processing information to AP processing information showing that the AP processing information are executable when it is determined that the AP processing are executable after the AP processing information are changed.
