PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion mechanism of a die cast machine, capable of extruding a molded article by suppressing the occurrence of scoring, sticking, extrusion pin breakage, burning and the like.SOLUTION: An extrusion mechanism of a die cast machine extruding for taking out a molded article 6 casted by a die cast machine 1 is provided with first and second binary extrusion mechanisms 11A, 11B. The molded article 6 is extruded from a movable mold 2 only by a very small amount of stroke using the first extrusion mechanism 11A, simultaneously with initiation of the mold opening action of the die cast machine 1. The molded article 6 is extruded from the movable mold 2 by a full amount of stroke using the second extrusion mechanism 11B, upon completion of the subsequent mold opening action. |
